Welcome everybody,
I’m very happy and of course very lucky to tell you the story of my worldtravel, or as the Kiwi’s in New Zealand
say, my OE (Overseas experience) cause, every place you visit from New Zealand is everseas. I want to thank god
that I was able to see so much of his creation that will forever stay in my mind and improve and form my everyday
life and thoughts. I saw in nine months about 11 countries in Asia and Oceania which are truly unique and amazing
and sometimes strange to what I am used to. I’ve met so many people and so many different amazing personalities and
it’s really a pity that there is no way to stay connected with all of them. I’ve even found some very good friends
and I want to say “THANK YOU” to all of them for making my stay such an awesome experience.

As my company sent me for 9 months to Singapore to work as a Project Manager I didn't even imagine how it’s going
to be there. Most of the time I felt like being in a daydream, since I’ve never thought that I ever stand in front
of the Sydney opera house, stand next to the Mt. Cook in New Zealand, visit the Ruins of Angkor Wat in Cambodia,
make my way through the jungle of Borneo, get nearly to the top of the enormous Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur
or make a weekend trip to one of the most beautiful little island I’ve ever seen even on pictures or postcards.
On one side I missed all my relatives and friends but on the other hand I don’t even had the time to get homesick,
lonely or bored.
Let me inspire you to the colorful sides of nature and cultrue ...
Warmest regards,
Maximilian Pilz <max[at]lonelyearth.de>
P.S: If someone want to have more pictures or pictures in larger size/resolutions, just let me know ...
